Returns Procedure

Our store policy lasts 7 days from the receipt of order delivery. If 7 days have gone by and you haven't contacted us via our CONTACT PAGE, unfortunately, this is outside of our store return period. 

Please Choose Carefully

We are unable to offer returns for change of mind purchases.
This policy overrules any returns conditions that may be included in item descriptions written by our suppliers regarding the allowance of change of mind returns.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders

In the unlikely case of receiving an incorrect order (e.g., item type/size does not match your order) or a faulty item, please contact us straight away. We will rectify the problem within the warranty term.

Returns Conditions

• You are responsible for checking over your item once received, prior to use.
• You must notify us as soon as possible within 7 days, prior to it being worn or used in any way.

Although we do our best to provide a good representation of our products in the images, we cannot guarantee that colors and designs shown in stock photos will be reflected exactly. Please note that stock photos are indicative of the products and may slightly vary in color shade or design positioning due to:

• Computer screen settings
• Different lighting when the photo was taken
• Other factors
