Welcome to our Interior + Exterior Home Visualization Package - a must-have for new builds or renovations. Get a realistic preview of your space's interior and layout in 3D. Gain valuable insights into your home design and layout to make your home build journey easier - all in a user-friendly package.
Additional information:
- The 3D model will include the internal layout and reference cabinets (like kitchen benches/cabinetry and bathroom vanities) in basic rectangular form to give you a good idea of sizing and space. I will also add a generic bed frame in a queen size in each bedroom for sizing reference, but if you have specific bed sizes that you have for each room please let me know and I will accommodate this in the renders.
- Your wall and ceiling paint, door colours etc will be matched to your colour selections. Please note, different shadows and lighting can make colours appear different at different times.
- While the exact selections such as flooring, carpets, tiles etc may not all be available in the software that we use, I’ll still be able to use materials that are very similar to your selections to give you a realistic look and feel. All renders should be used for illustrative indicative purposes only. Some measurements and curves may not be exactly to scale due to minor software limitations.
- Showers and bathroom fittings can be added with your selected colours and styles reflected as closely as possible.
