Who won The Block 2024?
The Block 2024 was won by sisters Maddy & Charlotte, whose home sold for $3,500,000.00 pocketing them a cool $1,550,000 + $100,000 for winning! Adrian Portelli purchased all 5 houses on The Block 2024 for over $15 Million!!
The Block 2025 Location:
In 2023, it was announced that The Block (2024) would be located at 1-9 Raglan Street, Daylesford. Due to council planning delays, this could not proceed and the season was changed to Phillip Island. However, in July 2024, it was announced that The Block would return in 2025 at 1-9 Raglan Street, Daylesford, Victoria. For updates, please follow our Instagram www.instagram.com/theblock2025fans

Filming Dates:
The Block 2025 is scheduled to begin filming in early February, with casting applications closing in November 2024. Stay tuned for photos from sources, over at our Facebook group and Instagram page when the 2025 contestants arrive! The filming will likely run for 12 weeks.
Houses:
The Block 2025 houses will be pavilion style houses with 5-6 bedrooms each, 3-4 bathrooms, a pool and guest studio. There are also triple garages in each house!
Hosts & Judges:
It is likely that Darren Palmer, Shaynna Blaza and Marty Fox will return as judges in 2025 despite calls for the judges to be replaced. Scott Cam will be the host for 2025, alongside Shelley Craft.
The Block 2026:
Rumours have been swirling that The Block may be moving from Victoria in 2026, with some rumouring that The Block is looking into Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast in Queensland as a potential location. This is yet to be confirmed by The Block.
